International Business Development Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our business opportunities and drive growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new prospects, promoting our services, and building strong, long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Identify new business opportunities through research and lead generation
- Engage with potential and existing clients via calls, emails, and meetings
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams and participate in sales meetings
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of web and mobile application development technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for technology, software development, and SaaS solutions
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a proactive problem solver
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong work ethic with integrity and adaptability
- Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal)
- Educational background: B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc with technical exposure preferred
